Chicken Lettuce Wraps APPETIZER Stir fried chicken bits with minced carrots and water chest and green onions on a bed of crispy rice-noodle.  Served with lettuce heads on the side, side of sweet hoisin sauce and crushed peanuts.         
Shrimp Vegetables in white sauce: Shrimps in a light white sauce with snow peas, broccoli, zucchini, bamboo, water chest nuts and carrots and mushroom.  Can change to brown sauce with a bolder flavor if requested.   
Stir-Fried Sesame Chicken: Stir fried- Chicken slices stir-fried in a sweet savory sauce with green onions, mushrooms, topped with sesame seeds and on a bed of lettuce.     
Chicken Vegetables in white sauce: Chicken slices in a light white sauce with snow peas, broccoli, zucchini, bamboo, water chest nuts and carrots and mushroom.  Can change to the bolder flavored brown sauce if requested.

Mongolian Beef: Slices of beef dry wok stir-fried in a savory soy flavor, with green onion on a bed of crispy rice noodle.
Beef Lo Mein: Beef, broccoli, beansprouts, white & green onions and carrots stir fried with a savory soy sauce flavor. 
Braised Eggplant: Chunks of eggplant tenderized in cooking oil, then stir fried in a bold garlic brown sauce.
Salt & Pepper Shrimp (with shells): Lightly batter & deep fried Large shrimps with their heads & shells intact, then dry stir fried with savory spicy seasoning, and bits of jalapeno and green onion.  Shrimps can be made with no shells if requested. 
Jam Bong (Spicy Korean noodle soup) KOREAN STYLE MENU: Large bowl of savory spicy red-colored broth with lo mein soft noodles.  Contains shrimp, squid, beef, scallops, zucchini, carrot and green & white onion.   
Chicken Asparagus: Chicken slices stir fried in a light white sauce, with asparagus snow peas and carrots.  Can change to brown sauce if requested.
